Fair points. Custom reporting should be captured in that category, rules can certainly be counted under flexibility. We ask that folks share their thoughts here. We will simplify it into a 1 up / 1 down scoring — but the value comes from all of you sharing your thoughts, knowledge, and experience. We are here to capture it, frame it, and help you share it.
